Training and staff development

As a socially responsible company, we have been developing and implementing an internal dual training system for more than 10 years.
Our program is designed to give young people with or without previous experience the opportunity to acquire the knowledge and skills needed to work in the field of machining.

The training consists of a theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, participants acquire basic knowledge of materials, metalworking technology, technical drawing and interpretation of technical drawings. The practical part is realized in our production facility, with the support of experienced mentors and work on modern machines and tools.

We offer the most successful participants employment in our company, while the rest finish the program as competent and competitive personnel, ready for the labor market. Our approach is inclusive and open to all young people who want to learn and develop, regardless of gender, social status or previous education.
