As in the previous two years, the company VIS participated in the presentation of employers in the Banja Luka region to high school graduates Technical School Banja Luka as well as students who will attend practical classes with employers next year.
The goal of this event is to connect employers and potential workers. Employers had the opportunity to present their companies and their needs for new staff, and the students received a range of information about the jobs and workplaces offered in our area.
During the presentations, we introduced the students to our work, tried to bring to the fore some of the expectations that employers have when hiring new staff, and provided information about employment opportunities in the profession.
We also presented our practical teaching program that our mentors have been performing for years to interested students of the Technical School and pointed out that most of the employees in our machining plant came from the benches of their school.
In addition to our company, the event was attended by ELAS metalexpert, TRI BEST, Kolektor CCL, MAHLE Electric Drives Bosnia, Scania BH, Hidroinženjering & Economic, Sim Technik.
